Very pleased with the job tinted 2 vehicles so far for us

Everyone did a FANTASTIC job on my Sunshine! Since my car is yellow, I've named her after the song, 'You Are my Sunshine.' Thank you for making her looking so nice.

We had both of our vehicles serviced yesterday, the experience was above and beyond our expectations. From the initial phone call speaking with both Eddie and Meagan it was a smooth transition all the way. We would highly recommend their service for your tinting needs.

The service was excellent!! I travelled from Venice Fl about 25 minute drive to them because they are so good!! They understand what to do and their waiting area is very comfortable. They are friendly and very professional. I was there about 12 months ago with another car and would only go here for my window tints regardless of drive to get there

Megan and Eddie did an excellent job on tinting my 2015 corvette, they took the time to explain to me tint darkness, warranty etc. They are two of the nicest people I have ever dealt with, professional and excellent workmanship. Starr custom tinting is the only place, that I would take my cars to.

I would definitely recommend this place. Didn't take long at all,did a wonderful job and forrgive me for not remembering the owners wife nane who works behind the desk. She is a wonderful person. Your treated with respect and with love. I had a snow flake on my windshield when I bought my car,they were so honest they told me it was cracking. Recommend a company to replace my windshield and helped me get the information I needed. If you want your windows tinted this is the place to go.Life time guaranteed, no bubbles ect. Looks great. I had my rear window redone on my car (tinting) and they not only did a beautiful job with that, but Meghan arranged for an Uber to and from work so I did not have to find rides at 6am. My tints were 10 years old, and they did an amazing job removing the tints and adding all new ceramic tints all around. It took them 6 hours to do and I couldn't be happier! The pricing is fair and the staff is so nice. Highly recommend!

Fantastic job! I was driving a fishbowl for a good while and especially with this Florida heat, I was burning up. A close friend recommended me to Starr Custom Tinting, and honestly was impressed at how quick this service was! I got all of my windows and windshield done, and I noticed the difference immediately while driving home. Starr Tinting stand by their products!! My adhesive didn't stick on one window after about a year with it. I stopped in. They fixed it right then and even redid the other window so their wouldn't be a future problem. Highly recommend. Couldn't be happier.

Had film added to 4 side windows and a strip across the top of the front windshield while I waited in the lobby with a cold soda. Makes so much difference!

Made my appointment they got me in the next day. Took me in 10 minutes early. Told me it’d be about an hour was done in 25 minutes! The business was clean comfortable, and the staff was accommodating and kind. Tinted my 23’ jetta gli with the ceramic film they provide, staff is awesome waiting area is great as well. Was in an out in less than a hour great prices wont go anywhere else now!

In a very competitive market, this is the only place I would go to for tinting. They only use top grade tinting with 98-99 percent protection, non of the 80% hybrid stuff that you could get caught buying. They run on time and get the entire car done in around 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours (sides, back and front). Their prices are very competitive (as a matter of fact they beat one bid by $200.00). And it’s all warrantied. Stop shopping around and just go there.

Got there a little early and they took my car back almost instantly. Pricing is all listed right behind the counter so it's very upfront and easy. They finished the job in about 20 minutes so I was in and out right away and they were able to book my appointment on a 2 day notice. Windows look great and they explained the instructions for the first couple days super well and easy to follow.

I have been putting off getting my windows tinted on my Jeep for a stupid long time because I thought it was going to be so expensive. Well imagine my surprise when I finally made an appointment with Starr tinting! Not only was it way less than I had imagined, but it looks so much better than before. I only had the two side windows done and I was in and out within an hour. It matches the other windows perfectly as well. Megan (sp?) was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am super happy with the job and would highly recommend!!

I had a knick in my windshield so I couldn't get my windshield done at the same time however Megan gave me a number of a guy who helps set up getting a replacement, which was quick and easy. I had my 2024 Tesla model Y tinted with ceramic window film. The experience from start to finish was seamless. Megan on the front desk was very efficient, knowledgeable , courteous and welcoming. My car was completed in good time. My girlfriend that’s dropped me off is going to use them for her car windows next. Thank you Starr tinting. I couldn’t be happier!

They had done a great job except for one part of the tint in the corner of the windshield that was coming off. They replace the whole tint for the Windshield at no extra charge. Great company, will always use them and refer them.

This business was recommended to me because they do a lot of fleet vehicles throughout our community. They did an awesome job on my vehicle at a very reasonable price compared to others in the area. Their waiting room is comfortable with a variety of coffee ,drinks and snacks ,although I did not have to wait long they did my complete four doors windshield and back window on my SUV in only 1 hour. Great job. Owners are awesome. Made an appointment and they started right on time. Told it was going to take an hour and it took an hour. How about that. I knew nothing about window tinting but owners walked me through every option available. I was going to have the dealership where I bought my truck from do the tinting but I had no say in what type they were going to use. Starr was $100 cheaper and I got to make a choice. I will definitely look to Starr Custom Tinting for all my future window tinting projects.

I'm extremely happy that I chose Starr to tint my truck. The quality of the tint is very good, the owners are so friendly and do not try to sell you on anything. I was provided accurate information on what to choose from, and they guarantee their work! Megan (great name!) was smiling and happy to work with me. I have an all black truck with black leather interior, and when I got in my truck, it wasn't even warm. It is a cold weather day, but it's still a black truck in Florida. I understand why Starr Custom Tinting is rated the best of Charlet County! Not only was I able to get an appointment fast, but Eddie, one of the tinters and owners, answered everything with utmost truth, plain and simple explanations and I just can't say enough about him. I have a background in the tint business (long ago), while it is mostly observational, I still know the basics. So his truth and honest information was a blessing. Also, Megan was very nice and clearly explained the true nature of how ciramic film works and it's benifits to the consumer. Her warm and friendly personality was not what I expected in a usually male dominated industry, and her knowledge of the product along with a willingness to listen sealed the deal for me. This is, to me, a truly family owned and operated business. I would give the Starr family a 1 million star revenue, but I'm limited to just 5 of them so I hope that's enough for most people.I had to ad a new update. I took my new to me car to have it tinted by this amazing group and the amount of care and courtesy I received was first class. I am so fortunate to have been blessed with this family and their talented crew. Great job yet again!

I'm from Iowa and was visiting the area looking to get vehicle window tinting done where they have experience. She explained the window tinting options for my vehicle thoroughly. I was able to schedule an appointment time that worked for me and I arrived 30 minutes early. The shop was able to get me in early and completed the full tinting job in 40 minutes. Got the my ceramic tints done fast within about 2 hours on my fish bowl and haven’t had any problems after having it for about a month now it feels.

Starr Tinting has been great! I’ve had three of my trucks done over the years and I just had them tint my Son’s brand new Compass. Besides tint I’ve also had them install tonneau covers and other accessories on my trucks. Eddie has always been professional and his work is clean and done right the first time. Megan worked to get an appointment time that fit my schedule and also confirmed the day before the install. I Highly recommend Starr Custom Tinting!!

I only go here for window tints. I’m also really happy that they now offer ceramic coating as well! I will only go here when I plan on getting ceramic coating. I have used their ceramic tint a few times and my family has as well. They always provide exceptional service. Their prices are very reasonable. Their customer service is also top notch. Very friendly establishment and they have good availability as well. The ceramic tint has prevented the sun from blaring inside my vehicle and it is much cooler inside on hot days. Megan and Eddie are very dedicated to the highest customer service satisfaction. Each of them goes the extra mile to make certain the job is done right and exact. They have excellent work ethic! Something that is rare. They both took the time to explain some unforseen issues with my older model car. And got things corrected. Always honest and forth rite. And my girlfriend went this past week to get a driver window retint and they not only did it but matched the other side on her late model GMC. That was over the top!!! We are extremely pleased. There are a lot of tint shops around, but there is only one worth recommending.. 10 years I've been doing business with them, and its always Starr Custom Tinting. The other shops are over priced for sure, but they lack the heart that the Starrs have for what they do. Oh.. and they won Best of Charlotte again
