Hired Starr Custom Tinting to install Privacy/Heat Control window tinting on all my home windows and glass doors. The service tech they sent out was Ron and he was extremely professional and on time during the 2 day installation. The job Ron did was nothing short of exceptional. The experience with Starr tinting was flawless from start to finish. We paid our deposit and final payment over the phone with Megan who also provided excellent customer service. All around Starr Custom Tinting was first-rate!

This business was recommended to me because they do a lot of fleet vehicles throughout our community. They did an awesome job on my vehicle at a very reasonable price compared to others in the area. Their waiting room is comfortable with a variety of coffee ,drinks and snacks ,although I did not have to wait long they did my complete four doors windshield and back window on my SUV in only 1 hour. Their prices are great, lifetime warranty and they were able to get my car done the same day. She even got us an Uber home on them until my car was ready. Starr went ABOVE AND BEYOND! A complete transformation. I went from a fishbowl, to a properly protected, heat deflecting, uv protecting, ceramic tint. I could not be happier! Customer service was great, took care of my transport after dropping off the car, consulting with me on options on a my hiccups (my car club banner was in the way. My doing). It came out better than I could have ever imagined. Definitely a must for any Florida resident, and will recommend anyone and everyone to come to Starr! I drove over an hour just to make sure I had the job done, the professional and correct way. Answered all questions pertaining warranty, maintenance, how to clean, what to expect in the upcoming days, everything!They live up to the name, they really are Starrs when it comes to any of the work they do! In a very competitive market, this is the only place I would go to for tinting. They only use top grade tinting with 98-99 percent protection, non of the 80% hybrid stuff that you could get caught buying. They run on time and get the entire car done in around 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours (sides, back and front). Their prices are very competitive (as a matter of fact they beat one bid by $200.00). And it’s all warrantied. Stop shopping around and just go there.

Firstly, the couple who own this business are very friendly and engaging. They have a great relationship with their employees. There was banter and laughs in the waiting room. Very comfortable little waiting room with couches,TV, coffee and soda. Their prices were phenomenal. My Jetta was done in 45 minutes. I did the ceramic and back window had a bubble. Very stubborn little defect as I went twice to talk to them about. It dried and left a tiny mark which they replaced at no cost. That window was perfect in two days. Good experience, great prices, enjoyable staff. Definitely recommend!

Starr window tint is awesome ! I called in and right away Megan answered the phone (other places didn’t answer or call me back ) she was so sweet ,professional and made scheduling a breeze .On top of that I happened to be in the area (and eager to get them done ) and so I called and they actually squeezed me in to do ALL my windows and my windshield with 20 minute notice. I couldn’t believe they were able to get me in and they did impeccable work. I have a brand new loaded f-150 and I’m particular about who touches my vehicles but they did an amazing job! Lastly their prices are unbeatable,they use the best materials (I got ceramic tint) and with that I even got a LIFETIME warranty on their work. I can’t say enough good about them. So my wife and I had both vehicles done prior to us having a kid, which has now be over 16 months. First experience was excellent fast quality work. Fast forward I broke my front driver side window two weeks ago and again I did it. I called on a Saturday and they got me in the following Monday first thing. Fixed my window and then didn't even charge me for the repair. We are talking over 16 months, since they first serviced my car. I'll never go or send anyone else anywhere but this place. I will be a loyal customer for life!!

Got there a little early and they took my car back almost instantly. Pricing is all listed right behind the counter so it's very upfront and easy. They finished the job in about 20 minutes so I was in and out right away and they were able to book my appointment on a 2 day notice. Windows look great and they explained the instructions for the first couple days super well and easy to follow.

There are a lot of tint shops around, but there is only one worth recommending.. 10 years I've been doing business with them, and its always Starr Custom Tinting. The other shops are over priced for sure, but they lack the heart that the Starrs have for what they do. Oh.. and they won Best of Charlotte again

Excellent! This is the ONLY place that I’ll have tinting my vehicles, three inside of the past year. One of my Corvettes and a 3500 Denali cost less combined than others wanted for the rear vette glass only, and they did it in a single piece as well. The others could only do a C6 rear in 3 pieces, if at all.

I only go here for window tints. I’m also really happy that they now offer ceramic coating as well! I will only go here when I plan on getting ceramic coating. I had the UV put on my windshield of my vehicle at Starr Tinting and it sure has made a difference. My vehicle sits out in the heat all the time. The UV makes it much more comfortable in this hot weather we are having in Florida.

I have known the owners of this shop for a long time, both husband and wife know how to apply tint and are good at it. There is one reason they have a bigger shop now, they know their stuff. Today they have 2 new people, they are both PROs as well. I don't know why getting an appointment is so bad for some people, I work and schedule my appointments to accommodate my schedule. I understand why Starr Custom Tinting is rated the best of Charlet County! Not only was I able to get an appointment fast, but Eddie, one of the tinters and owners, answered everything with utmost truth, plain and simple explanations and I just can't say enough about him. I have a background in the tint business (long ago), while it is mostly observational, I still know the basics. So his truth and honest information was a blessing. Also, Megan was very nice and clearly explained the true nature of how ciramic film works and it's benifits to the consumer. Her warm and friendly personality was not what I expected in a usually male dominated industry, and her knowledge of the product along with a willingness to listen sealed the deal for me. This is, to me, a truly family owned and operated business. I would give the Starr family a 1 million star revenue, but I'm limited to just 5 of them so I hope that's enough for most people.I had to ad a new update. I took my new to me car to have it tinted by this amazing group and the amount of care and courtesy I received was first class. I just bought a new Tesla and knew it was imperative I get tinting done asap. When I called the phone was actually answered (unlike the other 3 I tried)! They worked with me on scheduling to get me in quickly. The day of the appointment I ended up coming early due to a work issue and they got me right in. I have never met friendlier or more knowledgeable people ever. They take great pride in their work (as they should) and did a phenomenal job. I will never go anywhere else.

Had a great experience at Starr Window Tinting last week when they tinted the windows in my new Ram truck. Most window tinting businesses have you drop off your vehicle in the morning and pickup in the evening which causes you to schedule a ride home and be without your vehicle for the day. I made an appointment at 1:00 PM and was on my way home in less than an hour with a perfect tint job. Thank You Eddie and Megan for the wonderful experience.

I have been putting off getting my windows tinted on my Jeep for a stupid long time because I thought it was going to be so expensive. Well imagine my surprise when I finally made an appointment with Starr tinting! Not only was it way less than I had imagined, but it looks so much better than before. I only had the two side windows done and I was in and out within an hour. It matches the other windows perfectly as well. Megan (sp?) was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am super happy with the job and would highly recommend!!

When I went to pay for it they told me it was no charge. I offered to pay several times because I didn’t expect to have it fix for free after four years but they insisted. They warned about the dashboard potentially being damaged as a result from the moisture that I was not aware about.I called around Fort Myers and received ridiculous pricing for my vehicle. I normally don’t write reviews but I was really impressed and satisfied by this business ! I came in to get my car tinted and I had originally asked for my front windows to be lighter than the back ones. They finished the job in a little over an hour. The same day, I went home and realized I would have preferred both the front and back windows to match in shade. I called and Megan was so nice and told me to bring the car in so they can fix it and match the shades for me. They re-did it in under 30 minutes (no extra charge) and I walked out with tinted windows that I am 100% satisfied with. I highly recommend starr custom tinting, their professionalism and customer service is unmatched !

I got all of my windows and windshield done, and I noticed the difference immediately while driving home. Made my appointment they got me in the next day. Took me in 10 minutes early. Told me it’d be about an hour was done in 25 minutes! The business was clean comfortable, and the staff was accommodating and kind. They had done a great job except for one part of the tint in the corner of the windshield that was coming off. They replace the whole tint for the Windshield at no extra charge. Great company, will always use them and refer them.

Eddie and Megan are both great at what they do. Not only are there prices great. They explain to you in detail the difference in the tints they sell. They work around your schedule to get you in asap. They do a fantastic job installing the tint. Plus explain to you how to take care of the tint afterwards. I bring all my cars and trucks to them. I called at 3 to get pricing and set an appointment to get my work van windows tinted. They managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day which was great as it's a holiday weekend so the tint will get a full 3 days of baking in the sun before I use it again. The staff was wonderful and professional. The pricing was fair and consistent with what my coworkers are paying in other counties. I'm extremely happy with the service provided here and will be taking my personal vehicle in to get tinted later as well.

My tints were 10 years old, and they did an amazing job removing the tints and adding all new ceramic tints all around. It took them 6 hours to do and I couldn't be happier! The pricing is fair and the staff is so nice. Highly recommend!
