Dan F.
I have just recently had my 2018 Corvette in for all windows tinting including the windshield, when I arrived I noticed the elaborate waiting area with snacks and drinks for anyone who chose to wait for their vehicle, and I was told that they would provide an Uber to bring me home and pick me up when my vehicle was done. WHO DOES THAT? A very pleasant Lady who is also the proprietor with her husband Eddie gave me a price that beat my two written estimates by a substantial margin, when the car was finished I was extremely happy with the quality of the entire job as I have had at least ten other vehicles tinted and I had become used to accepting certain flaws. I highly recommend Starr Tinting and just sent my wife to have her 2025 Toyota to done.

It is apparent the couple loves their business and the customers. I can not recommend them enough! Family owned and operated. Megan Starr owner will greet you with a pleasant smile and great advice on tint options.
I opted for the high UV, 85% heat reduction tint. It works great, as advertised.
Lobby atmosphere is quiet and comfortable with couches and flat screen and refreshments to keep you occupied while your vehicle is being serviced.
The real magic is in the back where the installers are working hard putting out quality work with a lifetime warranty on some products.
Definitely one of the best experience with a local business

I'm giving Starr Custom Tinting 5 star rating. They did an amazing job on my two Toyotas. If you're looking for a great quality tint, look no more.
I talked to Megan over the phone. She was very professional explaining product and service she offers. I requested ceramic film all around with a full windshield to be tinted. I'm very satisfied with the final result. Her crew did an excellent job. Now I have privacy with a much cooler interior.
I highly recommend them and would do a business with them again!

Starr Custom Tinting is the place that I will bring all of my vehicles to from here on out. From initial contact Megan was prompt and efficient on getting me scheduled. It was my first time getting my personal vehicle tinted, I was uneducated on percentages and the different kinds of tint available on the market. She and her husband Eddie (loved that this business is family owned by the way), professionally and patiently explained to me the differences and we worked together in a collaborative effort in order to achieve an end result. On top of that, they made sure I was taken care of by offering transportation back to and from work, kept in communication about the vehicle while being serviced, and let me know when it was finished. I appreciate Megan, Eddie, and the whole team at Starr Custom Tinting that made this possible.

This business is incredibly efficient, comfortable , and welcoming. I was greeted by the kindest woman at the front desk ( Can’t remember her name ) who answered all my questions without any hesitation. Having been my first time tinting my vehicle I was nervous and unsure of the details. They answered all my questions and the vehicle came out exactly as I imagined. They even offered to uber me home so I wouldn’t have to wait in the waiting room too long ( I have a complicated vehicle ) . I will certainly be recommending this business to friend and family and will return when I need tinting done one again. It’s nice to have such loyal and efficient businesses like this in our “small” town. ☺️

**UPDATED RATING 8/16/23**
Well, I purchased another Mustang GT. This time it's a 2008. Of course you know where I brought this as soon as I got it. That's right, Star Custom Tinting. They fit me right and did yet ANOTHER amazing job. This is actually my 3rd vehicle that they've done for me. I wouldn't take my vehicles any other place. If you're in the market for a great window tint, give these guys (and girl..lol) a shot. Megan was awesome to deal with, and her husband and crew are 2nd to none when it comes to quality. Thanks again for another job well done!!
I bought a 1994 Mustang GT a few months back and really wanted to get my windows tinted. Not just for esthetics, but also to help preserve the leather interior as well. I knew right away who I would go to. Not only do they do a GREAT job, but their prices are hard to beat. Hell, even if they were a bit more expensive, I'd still be going here. They are true perfectionist and take a great amount of pride in their work. The way my car turned out made it look absolutely beautiful. Thanks to everyone there. You all are amazing!!

Very comfortable little waiting room with couches,TV, coffee and soda. Their prices were phenomenal. My Jetta was done in 45 minutes. I did the ceramic and back window had a bubble. Very stubborn little defect as I went twice to talk to them about. It dried and left a tiny mark which they replaced at no cost. That window was perfect in two days. The owner Megan greated me upon entering her and her husband's business with a friendly smile. I'm from Iowa and was visiting the area looking to get vehicle window tinting done where they have experience. She explained the window tinting options for my vehicle thoroughly. I was able to schedule an appointment time that worked for me and I arrived 30 minutes early. The shop was able to get me in early and completed the full tinting job in 40 minutes. The tinting looks great and the service provided was excellent! I would highly recommend this business for your tinting needs.

Dr. M.
In a very competitive market, this is the only place I would go to for tinting. They only use top grade tinting with 98-99 percent protection, non of the 80% hybrid stuff that you could get caught buying. They run on time and get the entire car done in around 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours (sides, back and front). Their prices are very competitive (as a matter of fact they beat one bid by $200.00). And it’s all warrantied. Stop shopping around and just go there.

They accommodated my work needs and squeezed me in on the fly! Offering competitive prices with amazing warranties, I could not be happier with their business. I will definitely be coming back for more work, and I would highly recommend this place for all of your window tinting needs. Don’t hesitate to come here. Megan and Eddie will walk you through all the option and explain thoroughly what would be best for you. This has been hands down an amazing experience. They make you feel like family! Starr window tint is a FANTASTIC local business that you grow to love supporting where they treat you like family. From scheduling with the owner who is always happy to hear from you and makes sure you get what you want done at a great price to her husband who does an amazing PRO level job on the install and he works very quickly so your hardly waiting for him to do the work. (They were pulling my car back before I could even leave as I was just going to drop it off) You really CANNOT beat their prices and level of service. Thanks again for taking care of us and we for sure will be back again as soon as we can.

I recently had 2 windows on my truck that were tinted and had begun to blur and peel. I called and asked if this was something they could fix at a decent cost. The price was more than reasonable and when I got there they ended up fixing another window I had issues with for a way better price than I could ask for. I couldn't be happier. Tint world blew my mind with their pricing telling me 436 to do 2 windows and for 50 dollars more I could do the whole truck.
Thank you, Starr Custom Tinting

Today they have 2 new people, they are both PROs as well. I don't know why getting an appointment is so bad for some people, I work and schedule my appointments to accommodate my schedule. Customer Service is great and yes they will re do whatever you see is not perfect to your standards, go see them they won't disappoint!

I would definitely recommend this place. Didn't take long at all,did a wonderful job and forrgive me for not remembering the owners wife nane who works behind the desk. She is a wonderful person. Your treated with respect and with love. I had a snow flake on my windshield when I bought my car, they were so honest they told me it was cracking. Recommend a company to replace my windshield and helped me get the information I needed. If you want your windows tinted this is the place to go.Life time guaranteed, no bubbles ect. Looks great. They will explain the different tints for you. I can't talk good enough about this company. Family owned, and no waiting time. Thankyou for a great job and for bring honest.

I had all my windows tinted at a reasonable price. My windshield got broken and I needed a new strip for the top of my car for a reflection of sun glare. I called them up and they brought me right in their staff is excellent. Megan is great very attentive excellent Customer Service skills! They’re all very eager to help. They have a beautiful little sitting area with the TV and there’s a little strip malls gators you can go to lunch and a thrift store a couple doors down. In 1/2 hr it was done. They didn’t charge me a penny they have a lifetime warranty on all their tinting my dog scratched the tint that I originally had and they replaced it for free no questions asked excellent business. I couldn’t believe that I walked out of there and they didn’t charge me for a penny which I figured they would charge me for the strip on the windshield due to the fact, it’s a different windshield! They went above and beyond! It’s a great company. They really backed their products and do quality work! My windows look excellent. They keep the heat out and give me a little bit of privacy. Thanks a million!

Excellent! This is the ONLY place that I’ll have tinting my vehicles, three inside of the past year. One of my Corvettes and a 3500 Denali cost less combined than others wanted for the rear vette glass only, and they did it in a single piece as well. The others could only do a C6 rear in 3 pieces, if at all.

My old tinting got to the point where I could no longer see out my back window. Lucky for me I found Starr Custom Tinting. I have a super busy schedule, had to change appointments a couple times, plus we cancelled cloudy days as we needed hot sun to help break up that old film. Megan showed me the advantages of tinting my whole car. Now I can see out my back window and my whole car is much cooler. Thank you Megan and Eddie for taking care of me with such professionalism and class. If you are having trouble seeing out your back window and or want to cool down your car and cut down that glare visit Starr Custom Tinting !

The shop itself is nice and cozy, and the treatment was genuinely welcoming — they make you feel like a valued customer, not a problem. So my wife and I had both vehicles done prior to us having a kid, which has now be over 16 months. First experience was excellent fast quality work. Fast forward I broke my front driver side window two weeks ago and again I did it. I called on a Saturday and they got me in the following Monday first thing. Fixed my window and then didn't even charge me for the repair. We are talking over 16 months, since they first serviced my car. I'll never go or send anyone else anywhere but this place. I will be a loyal customer for life!!

Had a great experience at Starr Window Tinting last week when they tinted the windows in my new Ram truck. Most window tinting businesses have you drop off your vehicle in the morning and pickup in the evening which causes you to schedule a ride home and be without your vehicle for the day. I made an appointment at 1:00 PM and was on my way home in less than an hour with a perfect tint job. Thank You Eddie and Megan for the wonderful experience.

Professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. The service was impressively fast without compromising quality, and the finished product is absolutely pristine. P H.
I understand why Starr Custom Tinting is rated the best of Charlet County! Not only was I able to get an appointment fast, but Eddie, one of the tinters and owners, answered everything with utmost truth, plain and simple explanations and I just can't say enough about him. I have a background in the tint business (long ago), while it is mostly observational, I still know the basics. So his truth and honest information was a blessing. Also, Megan was very nice and clearly explained the true nature of how ciramic film works and it's benifits to the consumer. Her warm and friendly personality was not what I expected in a usually male dominated industry, and her knowledge of the product along with a willingness to listen sealed the deal for me. This is, to me, a truly family owned and operated business. I would give the Starr family a 1 million star revenue, but I'm limited to just 5 of them so I hope that's enough for most people.
I had to ad a new update. I took my new to me car to have it tinted by this amazing group and the amount of care and courtesy I received was first class. I am so fortunate to have been blessed with this family and their talented crew. Great job yet again!

I normally don’t write reviews but I was really impressed and satisfied by this business ! I came in to get my car tinted and I had originally asked for my front windows to be lighter than the back ones. They finished the job in a little over an hour. The same day, I went home and realized I would have preferred both the front and back windows to match in shade. I called and Megan was so nice and told me to bring the car in so they can fix it and match the shades for me. They re-did it in under 30 minutes (no extra charge) and I walked out with tinted windows that I am 100% satisfied with. I highly recommend starr custom tinting, their professionalism and customer service is unmatched !

I couldn’t believe they were able to get me in and they did impeccable work. I have a brand new loaded f-150 and I’m particular about who touches my vehicles but they did an amazing job! Lastly their prices are unbeatable, they use the best materials (I got ceramic tint) and with that I even got a LIFETIME warranty on their work. I can’t say enough good about them. It came out better than I could have ever imagined. Definitely a must for any Florida resident, and will recommend anyone and everyone to come to Starr! I drove over an hour just to make sure I had the job done, the professional and correct way. Answered all questions pertaining warranty, maintenance, how to clean, what to expect in the upcoming days, everything!
They live up to the name, they really are Starrs when it comes to any of the work they do! I’ll be back for my other vehicles

Well imagine my surprise when I finally made an appointment with Starr tinting! Not only was it way less than I had imagined, but it looks so much better than before. Great job. Owners are awesome. Made an appointment and they started right on time. Told it was going to take an hour and it took an hour. How about that. I knew nothing about window tinting but owners walked me through every option available. I was going to have the dealership where I bought my truck from do the tinting but I had no say in what type they were going to use. Starr was $100 cheaper and I got to make a choice. I will definitely look to Starr Custom Tinting for all my future window tinting projects.
